I was able to download one last week though, after spending way too much time searching for answers and calling customer service. You must log into your account to see your token balance and available coupons. Log into your Kroger account. Now the token coupons will appear. This made the tokens show up. Hope this helps someone! This is what worked for me last week as well! So far this week, there have been no coupons available, and the customer service number has a recording that they are having issues with the coupons for Pumpkin Tokens.
Watch the j do that scrolls across the top of the home page. When it says Halloween Savings click on it.
Scroll down and you will see your tokens and a button to click to enter to win free. Groceries for one year. I clicked the Halloween Savings Promotion at the top of the original posted article and it took me right to the page and prompted me to log in and there were my tokens and the enter here button to win groceries for a year.
I tried last week and this week and six ways to Sunday to redeem my tokens, to enter the contest and I was so frustrated because nothing worked. I also received the email about the glitches last week.
I was ready to give up, then I changed browsers from Firefox to Chrome and the links worked! I was able to clip the tokens coupon and also to enter the sweepstakes just now. Glad you managed. I tried to look for directions on how to download, I even got an email from Kroger that they had an error the first Friday. I even called the help line and still no luck.
I have made sure I made my purchases every week! For what? Fake promotion! Must be run by outsourced contractor. What is iHearthroger? How can Kroger ignore all these comments. Maybe they got it mixed up with April Fools. The only win free groceries I have is when you sign up for the Kroger credit card.
Go to the Kroger website. Click on the tab that says win in Groceries. It will take you to a screen that has your tokens to use.
Also enters you in the contest for the drawing. The thing is, the website states that you can only download your pumpkin tokens coupons on Friday. So today is the last day to redeem any. This is the link I uses maybe it will work for you. Really not worth the bother.
The only thing I see on my account is a coupon for a free AHA drink. No designation that this is for my Pumpkin Promo. I downloaded it anyway. I have called my local store, they knew nothing. It was such a fun treat to see what we were going to try next. Hope it continues!! The increased revenue from no longer doubling in many regions probably gives them the money to do the free Friday downloads :. I'd been wondering too Kind of sucks but hey I am happy they have been doing this promotion kind of nice to try new stuff without wondering why did I spend that money heh. Honestly I am going to email them and express my gratitude for this promotion and I wouldn't get mad at Kroger because they don't have to offer us freebies but it is nice they are!
